From The Principal’s Desk
Sr.Mary Rose
Educating the youth to live in the present world is perhaps a Herculean task.  When St. Magdalene of Canossa, the visionary who lived two hundred years back took upon herself this mission she was prepared to meet this challenge.
In her country torn apart by Napoleonic wars and its after effects she came forward to equip the young girls by teaching them the Three R’s i.e Reading Writhing and Arithmetic.  She gave equal importance to develop the qualities of head and heart.  She trained her sisters and the country teachers to fulfill this mission in the free schools she started.  The Canossian sisters all over the world continue this mission with renewed vigour and enthusiasm,  In the last eleven decades, thousands of students  have passed through our campus.  Most of them have attained their ambitious goals done their Alma Mater proud. Though we have limiting factors we still continue in our efforts to from intellectually trained, morally upright, socially committed and spiritually inspired young women.
